Clients come mostly through referrals.

No waiting for referrals: the signal is your reason to reach out.

Cold outreach lands at the wrong time.

The right moment: you reach out when there is a need.

Hours go into searching for information.

No searching: signals arrive automatically.

Sales tools are generic.

Tailored: only the signals you need.

Signals we track

In the workshop we define up to 4 signals based on your goals. Signals that most often point to a need:

  • Investment with a growth plan
  • System modernization
  • IT tenders
  • Long-open IT positions
  • Reposted job ads
  • Several IT positions at once
  • New CTO or CIO

FAQ

What is a signal?
A sign that a company may soon need outside developers, for example an IT tender, a new CTO or a job ad that has been open for months. In the workshop we choose up to 4 signals that fit your clients.
Where does the data come from?
Public sources: job portals, company reports, news and public registries. Every signal shows its source.
How is this different from LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
Sales Navigator shows who works where. Kastelscope shows which companies need help right now, and why.
How soon do I see results?
First signals arrive in the first week after the workshop.
Do you collect personal data?
No. We track companies, not people. You decide whom to contact.
Who is behind Kastelscope?
Built by Mario Perać, a software engineer from Banja Luka. I'm building Kastelscope together with the first pilot companies, and I answer every message personally.
